metro station staff friendliness room cleanliness thin walls loud noise limited selection
i loved how close it was to the metro station! it was super easy to hop on a train. the staff were also really friendly and helpful, it was a big plus. i also think the room was very clean, that makes a big difference for me.
the walls were pretty thin, and i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms! it was not a restful experience. breakfast wasn't great either. the selection was limited.

The location is convenient. It is a short walk to the main train station, Termini (about 5 minutes!). The metro is also very close, only a 2-minute walk, providing easy access to many attractions. The staff were helpful. They provided useful directions.
The walls seemed a little thin, and noise from the hallway was sometimes audible.

Breakfast offered a good selection of continental items to start the day. A variety of restaurants and bars are situated nearby, providing numerous dining options, with some within a short 5-10 minute walk.

The staff at the reception were wonderful and spoke different languages, which helped a lot. They checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and helped with directions, and they also offered very good restaurant recommendations close to the hotel.

Excellent stay near Termini
convenient location local restaurants daily towels
The location near Termini station was convenient. The staff provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I found the cleanliness to be perfect, with fresh towels provided daily and the rooms very clean. The sunny roof terrace was a definite bonus, I enjoyed it a lot.
The ongoing works at the hotel were a slight inconvenience as I wasn't informed about them beforehand.

The reception staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining. Their friendly and professional demeanor created a cute atmosphere, I think. The staff addressed my needs promptly and efficiently.

weak shower pressure constant noise
the location was pretty good, a short walk to the termini station.
The room felt stuffy, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. i also noticed some mold in the bathroom, and the shower pressure was weak. the noise from the street was constant. It made it hard to sleep.
